The car
I am currently using a Vauxhall Corsa as my training vehicle.
You will drive a strikingly designed, less than a year old Silver Vauxhall Corsa.
If you are considering doing the intensive one week crash course in driving, or the semi-intensive driving course or even weekly driving lessons, then over a short number of weeks, you will be spending a considerable amount of time in the driving school car.
A critical factor, in addition to your driving instructor’s teaching skills, your aptitude for learning driving and the system of teaching is whether the learning environment is comfortable and conducive to the learning process. So a quiet driving school car with little road noise in the cabin, spacious and air conditioned interior, power assisted steering and electric front windows is just the ticket!
The size of the Corsa is also ideal for learning driving and accommodates learners of any stature, thanks to the height adjustable seat and steering wheel.
On safety, the driving school car includes ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System), Traction Control, Dual Air Bags as well as the Dual Controls which, as your driving instructor, I may on occasion deploy during the driving course in order to ensure your safety and the safety of all other road users.
So if you are looking to learn to drive and enjoy a safe, comfortable and relaxing ride on the roads of Barnet, Enfield or Haringey in North London then do it on the supple suspension of this responsive Corsa!
